How To…
Swipe their card
- It will then ask if the guest would like a receipt, and based on their answer you will select:
- “Print” or “No”
- If the balance is over $50 it will ask them to sign the screen with their finger, and they’ll press “Submit” upon finishing their signature
- Be sure to add their reward points on the right
o Press “add __ points”
o Press “Manual”
o Double tap the white space and paste the phone number
o Press “OK”
o To close the order press “Done”
If their credit card is not swiping through the swiper you can input it manually
- Press “Manual Credit”
- You are then required to fill out all of the fields listed from the guest’s card:
o First Name, Last Name, Card Number, CVV (Visa/MC/Discover: 3 digits on back — AMEX: 4 digits on front), Month, Year
- Press “OK”.
- It will then ask if the guest would like a receipt, and based on their answer you will select:
- “Print” or “No”

Based on the amount of cash they hand you, input the amount.
- Press “Cash”.
- The drawer will pop out, the change will be in red at the top right of the screen
- Give the guest their change.
- It will then ask if the guest would like a receipt, and based on their answer you will select:
- “Print” or “No”
- Be sure to add their reward points on the right side
o Press “add __ points”
o Press “Manual”
o Double tap the white space and paste the phone number
o Press “OK”
o To close the order press “Done”
Press “Gift Card”
- Swipe their card
- If the swiper does not work you can put the number on the back of the gift card in manually by:
o Press “Manual”
o Type the gift card number in the white space
o Press “OK”
- A receipt will automatically print out
- Be sure to add their reward points on the right side
o Press “add __ points”
o Press “Manual”
o Double tap the white space and paste the phone number
o Press “OK”
o To close the order press “Done”
Go to a manager to have it approved and they will swipe their card.
- If a guest would like to look up their points before ordering you can do this by:
– Pressing the setting button that looks like a wheel in the top left corner of the screen.
– A drop down menu will appear
– Press “Reward cards”
– Press “ Manage Reward card”
– Press “ok”
– Press “Manual”
– Type the guests phone number in the white space.
– Press “Ok”.
– The guest rewards account will pop up and it will have their points listed.
– To close that screen you can press “close”.
If a guest would like to look up their points before ordering you can do this by:

– Swipe the gift card
– The balance should then pop up if for some reason the swipe does not work
– Press “Manual”
– Type the number on the back of the gift card
– Press “ok” there balance should then pop up.
To find a held order from a call in or from earlier do the following:
– At the top center of the screen press “Orders”
– Press “Held Orders”
– You can find your order in the drop down list based on the name.

Help the guest in choosing what best suits them. Ring in items, and send items to be made (with modifiers if needed) to KDS so Smoothie Team can begin making items.

Go through rewards script to sign up the guest
Guest (Option 2):
Yes
Juce Guru:
Enter phone number and proceed to take payment. Take payment, give change if needed. Offer receipt, and thank the guest for coming in. If applicable, add Rewards Program points for guest.
Juce guru: Are you a member of our rewards?
– Guest: No. How does it work?
– Juce guru: Every item we sell has a point value. Once you accumulate 100 points you receive a free juce, smoothie, acai bowl. Would you be interested in joining?
– Guest: yes
– Juce guru: Okay great, may I have your phone number? That is how we will keep track of your points.

– Juce guru: **begin inputting phone number
