Registration

New hire team members are required to complete the Raw Juce training program. It is a 14 part course which consists of reading, activities and quizzes; product and service knowledge and practice. Training begins with Chapter 1 with the story of Raw Juce and continues to explore nutrition, customer service and food management. You experience the training in three ways: the text we provide here; videos and hands-on learning. Along the way, you’ll be giving activities designed to help you focus your efforts and knowledge on specific parts of our business. The mobile quizzes are fun, and a great way for us to work together to ensure you’re learning and making sure our guests have a Raw experience.

Please begin with Chapter 1: Our Mission, Vision and Values.

It is up to the discretion of your manager and leadership team to determine the necessity of completing the course.  They will instruct you on how to begin.  In the meantime, familiarize yourself with the menu.

The Raw Juce Training Program is designed to maximize flexibility, and allow students (new hire team members) and the instructor (management) to reduce classroom time, and increase hands-on activity. It is our philosophy that students who do more, learn more; this training material represents the core of our curriculum.  By creating a mobile platform, students and instructors are liberated from sitting at desks, and instead, can learn anywhere.

Begin first by familiarizing yourself with the Raw Juce Training site. It is laid out for efficiency and quick access to information. The Instructor Library is always located to the side of each page and allows for easy access to all quizzes, the lesson plans and activity sheets, and the video gallery. Each of these is organized by chapter. Quick links are located at the bottom of the page.

First, review or print the lesson plan and activity.  Follow the instructions in the plan. You may want to read off of the activity sheet, or print it up for the student to fill out using a pen, or pencil. Each chapter has a corresponding lesson plan and activity.  Some of the chapters may have a video link, or embedded into the site.

This mobile training platform, if used properly will improve our team member’s ability to interact with the guests, increase sales knowledge and decrease costs. Your feedback is important to us.
